Are you a high-performing automotive sales professional with a passion for Electric vehicles and cutting-edge technology? We are seeking an ambitious Sales Professional to join one of the region's leading automotive dealer groups, representing a world-class electric vehicle brand. This is an opportunity to build lasting client relationships, deliver exceptional buying experiences, and be part of the transformation shaping the future of mobility.
What You'll Do
Own the complete customer journey—from prospecting and consultation to vehicle delivery and after-sales relationship management.
Represent a EV brand with confidence, delivering an exceptional showroom experience that reflects the highest standards of EV and customer service.
Provide expert guidance on vehicle features, performance, charging solutions, connected technologies, and ownership benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and memorable test-drive experiences that showcase the innovation and performance of premium electric vehicles.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, digital enquiries, corporate outreach, and proactive prospecting.
Prepare accurate quotations, finance proposals, trade-in evaluations, and sales documentation while ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance, aftersales, and delivery teams to provide a seamless premium ownership experience.
Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and brand loyalty.
Stay informed about EV technology, market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
What We're Looking For
Proven success in automotive sales, retail, or a consultative sales environment with a strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling EV products is highly desirable.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
Passion for electric vehicles, sustainable mobility, and emerging automotive technologies.
Self-driven, commercially minded, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Professional presentation and a customer-first approach that reflects the standards of automotive brand.
Valid driver's license with confidence in conducting customer test drives.
