About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead and develop the finance function for our customer. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to long-term business growth. As a member of the executive management team, you will work closely with the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the finance function, including accounting, reporting, and financial governance.

  • Oversee monthly and annual closings and ensure high-quality consolidated financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with Swedish accounting standards (K3), tax regulations, and applicable laws.

  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision support to the CEO and Board.

  • Drive financial planning, follow-up processes, and performance management across the organization.

  • Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and governance structures.

  • Lead digitalization and automation initiatives within finance, including ERP and system development.

  • Manage, coach, and develop the finance team.

  • Act as primary contact for auditors, banks, authorities, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of senior finance experience, including leadership responsibility.

  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and financial control.

  • Solid knowledge of Swedish accounting standards (K3) and tax legislation.

  • Experience with ERP systems and digital finance tools.

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and business-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
